Let's face it, buying a home can be a daunting experience. And even if you have purchased one in the past, things have changed a lot lately. New ways of financing, new regulations, new contract forms, etc. I was at a meeting today at the county offices and I got some information that I thought you might find helpful.
In Pasco County, Florida workshops are being held throughout the year for people who are considering buying a home. These are held at various times at many locations around the county, so you should be able to find a time and place that is convenient for you. Also keep in mind that several buyers assistance programs require that buyers attend these types of workshops so that they can be informed consumers and know what they are doing when they buy a home.

To reserve your place at one of these workshops call: 877-854-1446 At our meeting today they did not mention any cost at all, but you can clarify that when you call. To the best of my understanding, these workshops are free. But do confirm that.
